THRIVE Foundation invests in homegrown solutions, in people, their passions, and their places to build ecosystems of opportunity, ownership, and power.

We are seeding the innovative work in Delray Beach and have developed a Racial Equity Fund to support community-led efforts. 

Resources are supporting locals in building back Delray Beach’s once thriving community of pioneers of Color, The Set (www.thesetdelray.org). Our model is being tested for replication and our work is growing in other cities across the United States. 

We have made an initial commitment of $1,000,000 over five years towards this initiative and we challenge you to match our contribution in Delray Beach, or your own hometown.
